Day 1: A Perfect One-Day Itinerary for Jaipur
Our first stop was Jaipur, the Pink City of India. After starting early from Delhi, we reached by noon and spent the entire day exploring Jaipur’s highlights.

Day 2: The Road to Udaipur
The next morning, we started our drive from Jaipur to Udaipur, covering roughly 400 km. The journey took about 6 hours, with scenic stretches, small villages, and the occasional cow sitting right in the middle of the road, as if the highways were built for them!
We reached Udaipur by evening and spent the night near Fatehsagar Lake, enjoying local street food and lakeside vibes.
Day 3 & 4: The Perfect 2-Day Udaipur Itinerary
Udaipur quickly became our favorite part of the trip. Known as the City of Lakes, it’s a beautiful blend of royal palaces, calm ghats, and offbeat spots hidden in the Aravalli hills.

Day 5: A Day Trip to Ranakpur and Kumbhalgarh
After two amazing days in Udaipur, we hit the road again for a day trip to Ranakpur Jain Temple and Kumbhalgarh Fort.
Highlights:
- The stunning white marble architecture of Ranakpur Jain Temple.
- 36 km long fort walls of Kumbhalgarh, known as the second-longest in the world.
- The light and sound show at Kumbhalgarh (we left a bit early to skip traffic!).

Day 6: The Drive Back
Our Rajasthan road trip came to an end as we began the return journey from Kumbhalgarh to Jaipur. We stayed in Jaipur for the night and started early the next day to reach Delhi.
